The story is entertained, Dorothy returns, Billina is a really interesting character and the King Nome appears for the first time ... though Ozma acts with great arrogance and without brain. <br /><br />I've always been intrigued by one of the cover designed by Neill for Ozma of Oz: A drawing where Ozma appears with a red garment, and her hands removed the curtains to reveal a castle in the background. In the interior illustrations, she looks like a child.
